"The name MoJo carries deep personal significance for me. It is derived from Modesty and Jodi, my mother and my aunt—two women who were deeply loved and whose lives were cut short due to complications related to untreated addiction and mental illness. Their struggles, and the loss that followed, profoundly shaped my perspective and allowed me to witness firsthand how addiction impacts not only individuals, but families, futures, and entire communities.
While their story includes hardship, their legacy did not end there.
Today, I honor Modesty and Jodi through both purpose and action. I am the father of twin daughters named after them, a reminder of the responsibility I carry to break cycles, restore stability, and build something meaningful for the next generation. They represent renewal, hope, and the belief that lasting change is possible when accountability, structure, and support are present."

That vision led to the creation of MoJo Recovery Homes, a community give-back initiative and special project of MoJo Endeavors. MoJo Recovery Homes provides a structured, supportive sober living environment for individuals committed to recovery, offering stability, accountability, and community during one of the most critical stages of their lives.
